HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK? 

Standard shipping typically takes 10-20 business days (excluding weekends) during this Covid-19 pandemic. If your order is not delivered by the estimated delivery time, please contact our friendly customer service for assistance!

All orders come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee - love your purchase, or we'll give you a full replacement (or refund).

Can I Change My Order After I've Placed It? 
If you would like to change the details of your order, or have accidentally given incorrect shipment details, please contact us as soon as you can, and if we haven't yet shipped your order we can change the details for you no problem!

I Received A Faulty/Incorrect Item - What Can I Do?
In the rare event that your order is incorrect or faulty/damaged when received, please let us know as soon as you can and we will happily send out a replacement or issue a refund - whichever best fits your needs.
